Every sitter screened
Our office reviews every sitter and checks her references before she gets a single job. Sitters under 18 need their parent's permission.
A yes is a yes
Once a sitter accepts your job, she's committed. Sitters who cancel or don't show up leave our program. If anything changes, we find you another sitter.
Know who's coming
Before she arrives, you get her name, age, school and references. Allergies and house rules go to her on every booking.
Rated by families
After every job we ask the family how it went. Sitters with great reviews are called first. Want an older sitter? Ask for a minimum age.
Real people on call
Press 0 on our line to reach our office. Our sitters know: if anything ever feels wrong, call 911 first, then us.
Private and secure
Cards are stored by Stripe, never by us. We never sell your information.
Fair, simple pricing
No subscription. No sign-up fee.
Just a small flat finder's fee per booking, and only once a sitter is confirmed. If we can't find you a sitter, there's nothing to pay.

Each sitter sets their own hourly rate, which we tell you before they come. Pay them in cash or however you agree.
Free cancellation
Cancel at least 2 hours before the start for a full refund of the finder's fee. Details

How fast can I get a sitter?
Often within minutes for tonight. For later dates, book any time and we'll find your sitter ahead of time.
When am I charged?
Only after a sitter is confirmed for your booking. If no sitter is found, there is no charge.
How do I pay the sitter?
Directly, in cash or however you agree with them. SitterDash only charges a small finder's fee per booking.
Can I see or cancel my booking?
Yes. Go to My bookings, call us, or press 4 at our phone menu.
Do I need an account?
No. Book with your name and phone number. The first time, our team calls to confirm your details.
